The booking service is FREE OF CHARGE, but it´s necessary to send us your credit card details (JUST to guarantee your reservation). For those without credit card, reservation MUST be made ONLY by email or fax. We have the right to abandon reservations, if the given credit card information is incorrect.
The credit card will be charged "IF NO SHOW"
Please note your credit card will be charged if you do not give us a 24 hour notice (1 day) of cancellation. The amount charged will be equivalent to the amount of the first night´s reservation.
Other important things to know
At our property check-in is possible until 12:00 pm ("23:00" in 24 hour clock). The rooms are not free until 12:00 pm. Check-out time is at 12:00 pm.
The reservations can be cancelled until 1 day before the arrival without no penalty; in the contrary case it will come only debited the first night like penitentiary.
